I guess it isn't surprising...i can think of quite a few places that would make great oyster habitats.....but never thought about it.....as to your boat problems....well they never let those that should drive actually drive......its the "Marine Station Rule".....the least qualified with the most experience gets the helm....I wonder if thats the real reason places like the "Graveyard of the Atlantic" (Coastal NC) existAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
